All services are provided based on project discussions and mutual agreement with the client.

Project Requirements

To ensure smooth project completion, clients are requested to provide:

complete project requirements in document format whenever possible
website content, images, branding materials, and references
timely approvals and feedback
required login credentials or access when necessary

Delays in providing project materials or approvals may affect project timelines.

Payments and Pricing

Projects may require an advance payment before work begins.

Final project pricing may vary depending on:

project scope
additional features requested
major structural changes
extra revisions beyond the included limit

The first 5 revisions are completely free as part of the project process. Additional revisions or major redesign requests after this stage may involve extra charges.

Final project files, website migration, or deployment may be completed only after pending payments are cleared.

Website Maintenance & Support

After project completion, clients are responsible for maintaining their website unless a separate maintenance plan or support agreement is provided.

This includes:

regular website updates
plugin/theme updates
backups
website security monitoring
technical maintenance

WebSketchs may provide support or maintenance services separately based on client requirements.

Intellectual Property

All completed website designs, graphics, and deliverables become the client’s property after full payment is completed. WebSketchs reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

Third-Party Services

Projects may include third-party tools or services such as:

hosting providers
domains
plugins and themes
payment gateways
APIs and integrations

WebSketchs is not responsible for issues, pricing changes, downtime, or limitations caused by third-party platforms or providers.

Refund

Advance payments are partially refundable depending on the project stage and work completed at the time of cancellation.

Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has started:

charges may apply based on completed work and time invested
completed work may not be transferred until pending dues are cleared
refunds, if applicable, will be calculated after deducting completed work expenses

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be applicable for:

completed design or development work
delays caused due to lack of client response, missing content, or approval delays
third-party purchases including hosting, domains, premium plugins, themes, APIs, or external software/services purchased specifically for the project

Limitation of Liability

WebSketchs shall not be held responsible for:

business losses
website downtime
third-party hosting/server issues
software/plugin conflicts
data loss caused by external services or client-side actions

While we strive to provide reliable and high-quality services, uninterrupted functionality across all third-party systems cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to Terms

WebSketchs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
